CYKLclimb

Muscular endurance is the name of the game in this challenging 45 min hills and mountain series. Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle group to perform repeated contractions, for a long period of time against a set resistance such as a hill. This is a good strength building class no matter what your fitness level, because we all work within our own abilities.

CYKLinterval

This type of training involves bursts of high intensity work at near maximum exertion alternated with periods of rest at a lower exertion. Interval training helps to improve your cardiovascular conditioning and is one of the most effective means of burning body fat. Not only do you burn more calories but you stimulate your metabolism so you continue to burn calories long after you are finished.

CYKL 60

CYKL75 ENDURANCE

These 75 min classes are for training aerobic endurance, the building block to any athletic activity. Training in this zone will develop your cardiovascular system. Staying at a nice steady pace for 75 mins revs up the metabolism for an energetic, fat burning, sweat inducing, fun ride.

CYKLTop 40 Ride

All those songs you know you love (even if you won't admit it). From rock to pop, we'll have you singing your way through the class. At least it'll take your mind off the sweat and pain! Videos included!

CYKL30 PLUS

30 min on the bike focusing on HIIT (High Intensity Intervals), this class is short in duration BUT high in intensity!! Plus 15:00 core and functional training. Please bring your yoga mat! Hit it to win it!!

CYKL45 PLUS

Your high intensity CYKL45 followed by a 15:00 strength portion focusing on core and functional type training! Please bring your yoga mat! Weekends only

CYKL/CORE

Your CYKL45 and then you get down beside the bike and challenge that core further with 3-5min of plank type exercise!!

WINTER BASE TRAINING - Private

This is a 12 week periodization training program. This is a private program that you must pre-register for. 2 sessions available Saturdays 7-9am or Sundays 12:30-2:30.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING! THIS IS A FULL BODY WORKOUT USING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT AND TRX SUSPENSION STRAPS! ONLY 6 SPOTS AVAILABLE! (GOOD WITH YOUR CYKL FLEX PKGS AND 1 MONTH UNL PLUS ONLY) THIS CLASS IS ALL TRX NO CYCLING. (must have a min of 3 people signed up for it to run)
