You asked for it! CYKL90 is the long, tough and rewarding ride! Expect a mix of intervals, hills, and endurance.

CYKLendurance

These 60 min classes are for training aerobic endurance, the building block to any athletic activity. Training in this zone will develop your cardiovascular system. Staying at a nice steady pace for 60 min revs up the metabolism for an energetic, fat burning, sweat inducing, fun ride.

CYKL75 endurance

This 75 min class is for training aerobic endurance, the building block to any athletic activity. Training in this zone will develop your cardiovascular system. Staying at a nice steady pace for 75 min revs up the metabolism for an energetic, fat burning, sweat inducing, fun ride.

1.5 Endurance & Movie

This is a Mushy Romantic Movie Ride! Our classic 90 min Endurance ride, spiced up with a romantic comedy to get you in the mood for Valentine's Day.

CYKLclimb

Muscular endurance is the name of the game in this challenging 45 min hills and mountain series. Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle group to perform repeated contractions, for a long period of time against a set resistance such as a hill. This is a good strength building class no matter what your fitness level, because we all work within our own abilities.

CYKL-YIN

CYKL45 class, followed by 30 minutes of Yin Yoga. Bring your own yoga mat. Limited to 15 people.

CYKLinterval

This type of training involves bursts of high intensity work at near maximum exertion alternated with periods of rest at a lower exertion. Interval training helps to improve your cardiovascular conditioning and is one of the most effective means of burning body fat. Not only do you burn more calories but you stimulate your metabolism so you continue to burn calories long after you are finished.

CYKLTop 40 Ride

All those songs you know you love (even if you won't admit it). From rock to pop, we'll have you singing your way through the class. At least it'll take your mind off the sweat and pain! Videos included!

Lactate Theshold Test

Know your training zones based on your lactate threshold. This is an hour long session. Heart rate monitor mandatory.

CYKL for Heart 3 Hour
